About Jones Creek Beef

Jones Creek Beef is a leading grass-fed, grass-finished beef company that produces and markets premium grass-fed, grass finished beef. Jones Creek Beef is owned by Crandall Farms, a family owned ranch that started this operation over 100 years ago and was created to market and distribute our beef. We take pride in our stewardship over the land and livestock. The way we raise and handle our cattle is of utmost importance in providing tender, flavorful, and nutritious beef to our consumers. What sets Crandall Farms apart is our high level of commitment toward doing what is best and right for each animal we raise from birth to slaughter.

Plans are underway at Crandall Farms to further expand our operation - including increasing our herd size in order to meet the growing demands of our customers. Jones Creek Beef is always willing to work directly with our customers to provide not only our brand name products, but also is willing to provide private label/store brand products for your meat cases.

We estimate a current supply of 20,000 pounds of natural grass-fed ground beef. We also project the ability to market a smaller quantity of steaks, roasts, and bratwursts until we can increase production to meet demand. For optimal flavoring and tenderness, cows are generally harvested in the spring and summer after they have had a steady diet of new, nutrient-rich, green grass. This ensures consumers receive the highest quality of beef possible.
